Second Year Summer Term
13:35
Leading onto my last post for second year, some are soon to be returning for their third and some may even just be beginning. I miss being in Canterbury, coming home to my housemates watching trash shows like 'My Five Wives' or having a civilised evening painting, drinking wine and watching 'Ex on the Beach'. Some say that it's hard to live with friends but for me it was the best experience, being so close and so comfortable with each other. So here I present the last term of second year with the best people and hope that I am able to do it all again next year.
City Sound Project is a festival style setting where different artists play at different venues. My friend Maggie Akintayo is a spoken word artist and everytime I watch her perform I want to cry, she is so amazing. Definitely give it a listen, her words of so electrifying and raw and turns into such beautiful poetry. You can find Maggie's work here.

MNEK is such a nice guy, his personality matches his voice.
There's Elena and I getting down to Tough Love.
Aldi shopping is a regular occurrence.
One of my favourite nights of the year. I don't really know what's happening with our eyes in these photos.
If you follow me on snapchat I have a segment called 'who you posing for tho?'.
When SallyTang leant on the wall and got chewing gum on her bum. This day she became Bubblegum Bootay.
Abbie's Birthday!
My leaving party. Thank you so much to everyone that came, I'm so grateful for the friends that I have my housemates who helped organise this. I had such a good night and it's definitely a night I won't forget. I love all these people so much.
Then came Summer Ball. I feel like this event would have been so much better if everyone went because people kept getting lost and we all ended up being in small groups. The acts weren't the best but it was to be expected. I still had a good night and it was nice to dress up for the occasion.
Last gay night, so sad :(.
ABACUS BBQ with Jessica To.
Idiot Jordan.
The last event.
My ABACUS family.
The picture that represents my sadness for leaving but much regretted posting this on Instagram. Look at my face.
Sending lots of love to my friends that are going back to uni soon and I hope to see them all at Christmas!
